	Monroe, NC- We are in desperate need of help !!!! Due to almost three years unemployment, and the theft of my husband's work tools, by Champion Tire, we are going through foreclosure and bankruptcy. It has been our financial undoing.Our credit is now so bad that we can't refinance the house and because we've fallen so far behind in payments, the bankruptcy courts are ready to throw us out of our house .In addition then creditors could come after us for almost $100,000 of unsecured debt.
	We have tried many financial avenues to try to correct the problem, I am seeking work as a trial consultant, and am advertising on the internet. He is seeking regular employment as an auto mechanic but has very few tools. We have tried to start a business and have some one willing to invest in us, but we do not have the$10,000 necessary to pay legal fees for the investment of stock, in our newly formed company.
	We are appealing to anyone in a position of strength to help us.Time is running out for us ,this has been our home for many years , we do not want to lose it. Additionally things are complicated because we are taking care of my husbands 80 year old mother. We need help!!!!!!
